The challenge
Taylor's Maid-Rite restaurant sends their iconic loose-meat sandwiches all over the country. They needed a robust e-commerce website to handle orders and shipping while being simple enough for their restaurant workers to use while simultaneously operating the brick-and-mortar restaurant.
The solution
Global Reach designed and developed maidrite.com to have an appealing design and be easy to use by both website visitors and the employees filling the orders.
Because their business depends on delivering their food as fresh as possible, different delivery methods need to be used for different shipping destinations. Using SiteViz Premier's custom shipping methods functionality, the website automatically displays and calculates shipping methods based on the destination zip code.
Global Reach created a custom user group for the Maid Rite employees, which only allowed them to access orders and delivery methods in the back end of the website. This simplified their process and gave Maid Rite's owners peace of mind.
