The challenge
The Soil & Water Conservation Society’s membership management system, originally developed by Global Reach nearly two decades ago, served the organization well for many years. Over time, however, it became outdated, harder to maintain, and lacked the flexibility needed to support ongoing growth and change.
The solution
Global Reach developed a new membership management system on SiteViz Premier, replicating all the valuable functionality of the old platform while introducing modern enhancements to fit SWCS's specific needs. Since their public-facing website also runs on SiteViz Premier, both the member site and the public site now share a unified administrative area, which streamlines management for administrators. Member data was successfully migrated, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
