The challenge
Roto-Rooter of Ames is a premier provider of plumbing services and the child company of Behle Inc. They were looking for a better way to manage their content in one place that utilized a consistent design and layout. In addition, they wanted the flexibility to tailor each site to a specific side of their business. The Roto-Rooter website was originally part of a larger franchise website, so the client wanted the content and images to better reflect their individuality as a franchisee.
The solution
As a solution, Global Reach created two new websites on SiteViz Premier that share an admin area. This setup allows the client to log into one area and easily manage the content on both websites. Global Reach worked with the client to design the websites using the same template and adjusted the colors, images, and content to best fit each side of the business. The Roto-Rooter segment of Behle Inc. uses the FAQ and Services modules to provide detailed information about their company and the Testimonials module to promote feedback about those services. They use Submission Forms to encourage their customers to schedule services and provide feedback. The client also purchased the Jobs, Photo Albums, Blog Posts, and Staff Profiles modules to promote the work that they do and who they are as a company.
