The website was outdated and needed a facelift. Exchange State Bank was worried that since they are a small bank, its name isn't well known in the locations they serve. Also, the current online application process entailed the user printing off the application, filling it out, and mailing it to Exchange State Bank.
Global Reach provided a custom website design for the client bringing a crisp and modern feel to the website, and highlighting the locations where the bank is located. We used the Locations module to provide an interactive map view of the locations and ATMs, along with a custom embedded map on the homepage. We also built an online submission form allowing for online banking applications to be submitted online, utilizing various different field types to satisfy all of their needs. The ability to download and print the submissions helps Exchange State Bank to print and keep submissions on file for organization purposes.
